1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


2. Where do you ship from?

We work with international fulfilment partners and logistics warehouses, enabling us to offer high-quality products and reliable delivery. Orders are shipped from the nearest available warehouse to ensure faster shipping times.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
You can use it anytime to monitor your package’s progress.

If you did not receive tracking within 3 days, contact us at support@thegalacticstores.com.


4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes — but only within 24 hours of placing the order.

We ship all orders within 24 hours to ensure prompt delivery. After this time, the order has already entered fulfilment and cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, email support@thegalacticstores.com with your order number.


5. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately at support@thegalacticstores.com.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we can correct it.
If the order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot modify the address.


6. My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive the package.

Please first:

• Check your mailbox
• Check with neighbours or family members
• Contact your local courier/post office

Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered early.

If you still cannot find it, contact us, and we will assist you.


7. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’ve got you covered.

Email support@thegalacticstores.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


8. Do you offer returns?

Yes. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve it.

Please contact us first before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed.


9. When will I receive my refund?

After approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.


10. Why is my order arriving in separate packages?

We ship from multiple warehouses to deliver products faster.
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels.


11. I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

Please check:

  • Spam/Junk folder

  • Promotions tab (Gmail)

If you still can’t find it, email support@thegalacticstores.com and we will resend it.


12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods available at checkout. All payments are encrypted and protected.
