Order Cancellation

At Galactic Pets, we process and prepare orders very quickly so your pet’s products reach you on time.
All orders ship within 24 hours, so cancellations are accepted only within a short window.


Cancellation Timeframe

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 hours, your order has already been processed and handed over to our shipping/fulfilment partner for dispatch. Therefore, we are unable to cancel the order once this time has passed.


How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours at:

Please include:

• Order number (Example: #1025)
• Full name used at checkout
• Email address used to place the order
• Clear request stating you want to cancel the order


Approved Cancellations & Refunds

If your request is received within 24 hours and the order has not yet been dispatched, we will:

• Cancel the order
• Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


After 24 Hours

Because we ship all orders within 24 hours to ensure timely delivery, cancellation requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

If you no longer want the item after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).


Order Changes

If you entered an incorrect shipping address or need to modify your order, contact us immediately at support@thegalacticstores.com.
We will try our best to assist before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
